Amaravati: The Nagari YCP MLA and APIIC chairman RK Roja has declared a fight on the use of plastic and begins the 'Swachh Nagari' program in her constituency. MLA is taking innovative efforts in protecting the environment and prevent the use of plastic. She gave a call to remove the hazardous plastic from all municipal wards and panchayat villages under the Nagari Assembly segment.
Through a Facebook post, she declared a bumper offer to bring kg plastic and take kg rice, which has gone viral on social media. This program starts from November 17 (Roja's birthday) and continues till CM YS Jagan's birthday (December 21) with the slogan 'No plastic New Nagari'.
