Rajamahendravaram: TDP state general secretary Ganni Krishna said that YSRCP government is trying to supress the voice of opposition parties by using police in the state.

The urban police kept him under house arrest and prevented him from going to Jana Bheri programme at Amaravati. Condemning his house arrest, he said that the government cannot supress the voice of thousands of agitating farmers at Amaravati who are demanding to continue Amaravati as state capital. One year completed to their agitation and so far, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy not even met the agitating farmers at Amaravati, which shows his adamant attitude towards them.

TDP government selected Amaravati as capital which is centrally located to the state. The people are watching the government's attitude and they are ready to teach a lesson.
