New Delhi: Cygnett Hotels and Resorts, the fastest growing hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Debasish Chandra as the Regional Director-Pre-opening & Development. Chandra will be responsible for formulating new ideas to extend Cygnett group reach in new territories. He will also be responsible for streamlining operations in the existing units and swift pre-openings of the upcoming hotels.

Debasish has 25 years of experience in the Hospitality industry. He is a keen planner, a strategist and a highly motivated team leader with strong communication and people skills.

Speaking on his new role, Chandra said:"Joining any new organization starts with a little bit of apprehension and question as to what the journey is going to be. All of these disappeared the moment I associated with Cygnett. My focus will be on expanding group's reach into new territories and pre-opening new hotels."

He is prudent in sustaining profitable operations through focus on budgeting, cost analysis and cost optimization. His experiences have enabled him to derive business strategies to optimize revenue to achieve planned targets.
