Honeyy Group launches own project in Hyderabad
Visakhapatnam-based realty firm Honeyy Group, which currently provides marketing services to other real estate companies, on Monday launched its own project in the city.
Hyderabad: Visakhapatnam-based realty firm Honeyy Group, which currently provides marketing services to other real estate companies, on Monday launched its own project in the city.
It will soon launch 14 more such projects which will be taken up in joint development mode with landowners.
Established in 2016, the company currently has marketing operations in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Bengaluru besides in some tier 2 cities in Andhra Pradesh. However, it already developed several own real estate projects in Visakhapatnam.
Obul Reddy Mukka, Chairman & Managing Director, Honeyy Group, said that his group offered end-to-end services to homebuyers. "Honeyy Group has today positioned itself as one of the most trusted real estate company for the Telugu people.
We are presently constructing 250 units in various projects and 23 units are ready for delivery in the next two months," he told the media here.
Operating with 15 branches across AP, Telangana and Karnataka, the company has over 500 employees on its rolls. It is gearing up to launch new projects in Rajamundry and Kakinada in next three months.
It markets over 700 real estate projects, including 70 in Hyderabad.
