IRP begins insolvency process on LEPL Projects

Hyderabad: Mano Ranjani, Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) for LEPL Projects Limited, commenced Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the Vijayawada-based company making an public announcement through paper advertisements on Sunday.
In the announcement, the IRP called upon the creditors of LEPL Projects to submit their claims by November 11.
Financial creditors are asked to submit their claims through electronic means.
All other creditors can submit their claims with proofs in person, by post or electronic means.
She indicated that insolvency resolution process may be over by May 12, 2020.
