RKEC Projects net up 18.6%
Infrastructure company RKEC projects has recorded a net profit of Rs 24.1 crore up by 18.6 per cent for FY19
Hyderabad: Infrastructure company RKEC projects has recorded a net profit of Rs 24.1 crore up by 18.6 per cent for FY19. The revenue was at Rs 244 crore in FY19 as compared to Rs 239.7 crore in FY18.
For H2 of FY19, net revenues were at Rs 149.3 crore, registering a growth of 27.8 per cent. Net profit also increased by 58.4 per cent to Rs 15.2 crore.
G Radhakrishna, CMD, RKEC, said: "Our operational performance has been better during H2FY19 as compared to last year.
This was primarily led by improvement in execution of our projects. We are currently handling 11 projects with the unexecuted orderbook of about Rs 783 crore."
He further added, "With stable Government at Centre, we are expecting good amount of investment on augmenting infrastructure in the country.
We are expecting good tender flows from all the key segments like ports, roads, buildings and electrification in the coming period. We believe that this would help us to deliver strong growth in our profitability in FY20."
