Akshay Kumar unveiled the first poster of 'Mission Mangal' poster alongside the reason for choosing to do the film. The poster sees a huge star cast with a majority of a female lead cast alongside Akshay.
Akshay Kumar unveiled the first poster of 'Mission Mangal' poster alongside the reason for choosing to do the film. The poster sees a huge star cast with a majority of a female lead cast alongside Akshay.
He captioned the poster as, "A story of underdogs who took India to Mars. #MissionMangal, the true story of India's #SpaceMission to Mars, coming on Aug 15, 2019!" a bit earlier he also revealed the reason behind working on the film he wrote, "#MissionMangal , a film which I hope will inspire as much as entertain. A film which I've done specially for my daughter and children her age to familiarise them with the incredible true story of India's mission to Mars! @FoxStarHindi #HopePictures #JaganShakti @isro "
The film's talented cast includes Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha, Taapsee Pannu, and Sharman Joshi among others. Based on a true story of India's mission to Mars, the film is about ordinary people achieving the extraordinary. Directed by Jagan Shakti the film is co-produced by 'PadMan' director R Balki.
The film is set to release on August 15 this year which has become a signature for Akshay since he released, Gold and Toilet Ek Prem Katha around the same time.
