Tiger Shroff was interacting with the media at 'Mumbai Dilli Di Kudiyaan' song launch from 'Student of The Year 2' along with his co-actors Tara Sutaria, Ananya Panday and director Punit Malhotra on Wednesday in Mumbai.

Tiger Shroff is a son of famous Hindi film actor Jackie Shroff and Dharma Productions are one of the producers of 'Student of The Year 2' who often cast stare kids in their films, when asked Tiger whether he thinks that outsiders are being given ample opportunities to work in films, he said, "I think everyone is getting enough work opportunities in the film industry. Now, the small screens are also opening to a lot of talent. There is Netflix and Amzon as well as the big screens so, I think there are opportunities for everybody now. If you are talented and if you do good work then, work comes to you. It is as simple as that."

The senior student, Alia Bhatt has teamed up with newbie Tiger Shroff for a special song for 'Student of the Year 2' and we hear that their chemistry will shock you, sharing her experience working with Alia Bhatt for the song, Tiger said, "It was a very fun experience. It's very different sort of a song that I have shot. I haven't done something like that before and working with Alia was an amazing experience. Her being such a being star but it was just so easy to work with her. She was being so open on film set and hardworking even after achieving so much in her career so, it was really inspiring being around her."

Sharing his experience shooting for 'Mumbai Dilli Di Kudiyaan' song for 'Student of The Year 2', Tiger said, "It was very fun experience especially because we shot this song towards the end of our shooting schedule. I thought it was one big celebration and I felt like wrap party. Honestly, Punit (Malhtora) sir allotted four days to shoot this song but we finished it two and half to three days so, it was fun and great as it got over too soon."

Tiger Shroff plays role of a student in his upcoming film, talking about the film and his character in the film, Tiger said, "I am very glad that I got a chance to work in 'Student of The Year 2'. It's a very different world for me altogether. It's a very different character. I am not a superman. In this film, if you will punch me then, I will bleed. It's not like I am indestructible so, I am very thankful that I had Karan (Johar) sir and Punit (Malhotra) sir to guide me through the journey. I had a great time shooting the whole film. I wouldn't say it was breather but it was definitely a light and fun experience."

Tiger Shroff has mostly featured in action based films in his career when asked him whether he will try to shift his focus from action to other genres of films, he said, "As of now, I will not try to do something else because I like doing action based films."

'Student of the Year 2' is directed by Punit Malhotra. Produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta under the banner of Dharma Productions, the film will be distributed by Fox Star Studios.

The film stars Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday, and is the film debut of both actresses. It is set to release on 10 May 2019.
