Kangana says she is completely different from Jayalalitha

We are already aware that actress Kangana Ranaut has recently signed the biopic of late actress and politician, Jayalalitha. Titled as Thalaivi in Tamil and Jaya in Hindi, this movie is being directed by AL Vijay. Baahubali and Manikarnika writer K. Vijayendra Prasad will pen the script of this film.

In a recent interview, Kangana said that when the movie was offered to her, she was skeptical to do it and told the makers that she would research on Jayalalitha first and then decide. Later, she watched many films, political videos and also read books on Jaya. That made her know more about the former CM of Tamil Nadu.

Kangana also stated that she is completely different if compared to Jayalalitha. " She was obedient to everyone. She chose to opt for any kind of way to achieve her goals without caring about the consequences of it. I'm quite opposite to that ideology," she added.
