Shruti Haasan is playing the female lead in an upcoming Tamil movie, 'Laabam' starring Vijay Sethupathi. SP Jananathan is helming the project.
As per the latest reports, the movie unit has recently shot a song and Shruti Hassan also participated in the shooting. After the shoot, the entire team was extremely impressed with the splendid performance of Shruti Hassan and are commenting that she is truly an amazing talent and is a Wonder Woman. Also, the fans are super excited to see her brilliant performance on the silver screens.
P. Arumuga Kumar and Vijay Sethupathi under Vijay Sethupathi Productions and 7Cs Entertainment Pvt Ltd are bankrolling this project, which is D. Imman's musical. The release date of the film is yet to get announced.
On the other hand, the actress is returning to Tollywood cinema with an upcoming project starring Ravi Teja in the lead role. Gopichand Malineni is the director of the film.
