Out of the five films that Nayanthara was featured in this year, one – Darbar- has been released. All the other four are in various stages of production, out of which one film produced by her beau Vignesh Sivan titled ' Netrikkann' has drawn a lot of attention.
Directed by Milind Rau, it is a remake of a Korean film titled ' Blind'.
Nayanthara is supposedly playing a blind girl in this film and has performed a lot of stunts without a double, which has been appreciated.
The lockdown has impacted the film's progress like everyone else and the crew is anxiously awaiting the approval of the state government to proceed with the shooting at the earliest.
The film crew is confident that fans of the heroine will see her in a different role from what they have seen till now.
