Kannada film KGF, which was released last year has become a major blockbuster at the Indian box office.
Kannada film KGF, which was released last year has become a major blockbuster at the Indian box office. It did extremely well in all the five languages it has released in and became one of the highest grossers of 2018. Now, a sequel is being made for it, called KGF: Chapter 2.
Already, the shoot of this film has begun and the producers are pitching in more money to make it a bigger spectacle than the first part. Meanwhile, we hear that popular Telugu actor Rao Ramesh will be playing a key role in this sequel. He is not there in the first part and is roped in for a special character which only comes in the second part.
Rao Ramesh is expected to join the shoot very soon. Starring Yash in the lead role, this sequel will feature many other stalwarts like Sanjay Dutt and Ramya Krishna. Prashant Neel is directing the movie. It is expected to hit the screens by the end of this year.
