Young actor Havish claims that his upcoming film 'Seven', which is set to release on June 5, is a 'genre-bending' thriller. "It is an edge-of-the-seat thriller.

We chose to release the film on Wednesday because it's a holiday season and producers preferred a long weekend," The lanky actor also adds, "Usually thrillers are considered dry but 'Seven' will change that perception because it is loaded with romance and glam quotient provided by six damsels," He describes cinematographer-turned-director Nizar Shafi as 'fantastic filmmaker' and says his film has 'universal appeal'.

"It is made in Tamil too. Initially, I had difficulty with the language, but gradually got acquainted to it,' he informs. "I don't' like horror flicks, but thrillers are a different ball game," he points out.

Talking about liplocks in the film, he adds, "On the first day of the shoot itself, I was asked to do a kissing scene. I had never touched an actress before. The producer kept taunting me that the film can't be completed if I shy away from doing kissing scenes. Finally I managed to do it, thanks to my co-stars," he adds.

Disclosing the reason behind a gap in his career, " I can't do a film if there is nothing exciting for me. The character, the story has to grip me. Soon after the release of the teaser for 'Seven', three offers came to me and one of these projects was launched recently.

I want to do things that can make the producers remember me. I aspire to be the best in whatever I do," he reasons. He claims that he turned a producer with 'Rakshasudu' to churn out more movies with other actors.

"Rakshasudu' is shaping up well. Since it is a remake, we could do it faster. I want to establish my banner in a big way so that other heroes would be ready to work with me." he signs off.
