Acid Test Ahead for Lakshmi's NTR
Even though the election commission of India has given its statement that they have nothing to do with the release of the film Lakshmi's NTR, it is not going to be so easy for Ram Gopal Varma to bring the film to the theatres.
Even though the election commission of India has given its statement that they have nothing to do with the release of the film Lakshmi's NTR, it is not going to be so easy for Ram Gopal Varma to bring the film to the theatres. Already, a lot of people have filed complaints against the movie with the EC but EC directed all these to High Court asking for court's intervention.
The High Court is expected to appoint a special bench to watch the movie and submit a detailed report to the election commission. The makers of Lakshmi's NTR are yet to apply for censor and there is no clarity on the same as well.
A Bombay based distribution house NH Studioz is going to release the film in Telugu. Even if the High Court orders for a stay on the film's release, RGV might think of a digital release.
