Santhosh Srinivas is the director who is currently busy working on the film Alludu Adhurs. Having made his debut with the film Kandireega, the director revealed his plans to make a sequel for the same. Santhosh Srinivas expressed his plans for a second part for Kandireega long back. But, due to several other reasons, the project did not happen. Now, the director is planning to materialize things for the grand sequel.
As per the reports, the director wants to do Kandireega 2 this year. Alludu Adhurs will have a grand release for Sankranthi. The director did not sign any new movie yet. In this scenario, he feels that it is the time for him to finish the script of Kandireega 2 and approach Ram who played the lead in the first part.
Most likely, Santhosh Srinivas wants to take the project on to the floors in the year-end, or the next year. Ram awaits the release of his new movie RED and is also waiting to begin his next film that will be announced soon.
