Kadapa district magistrate has issued a non-bailable warrant to the noted producer cum comedian Bandla Ganesh of his failure in attending the court hearings related to the Cheque bounce case on Wednesday.

The magistrate has directed the Banjara Hills police to immediately arrest the accused and produced him before the magistrate court tomorrow.
According to the sources Bandla Ganesh has borrowed Rs 13crores from K.Mahesh of Kadapa district in 2013.
But he failed to repay the outstanding as the victim filed the case in Kadapa magistrate court.
However Ganesh violated the court orders related to his attendance for the case.
According to the sources following court orders Banjara Hills police who arrested Bandla Ganesh late night on Wednesday and shifting him to Kadapa district.
