Touch a Life Foundation organises a series of short-term workshops for the girls from across Hyderabad. The final event - ‘Project Dreams’ sees huge participation

Project Dreams, an initiative by "Touch a Life Foundation" NGO, is about building and shaping the career and future of underprivileged girls by enrolling them into different industry skill development certification courses of their choice.

As a prelude, Touch a Life Foundation has organised series of short term workshops for the girls from 21st April - 8th May across Hyderabad and on 19th May, sunday, the 'Project Dreams' finale event was organised at The Park Hotel, Somajiguda.

The finale event was attended by eminent personalities across government, business, sports, media, film industry etc. who are already supporting 'Project Dreams' and Touch a Life Foundation or are supporting different kind of social work and activities.

The event was graced by chief guests - Andrew Fleming, Dy British High Commissioner Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and Van Fleming, and guests of honour - Mohd Khaleequr Rahman, president - Youth Against Speed and Senior TRS leader and Geeta Karan, founder, director, principal of Gitanjali Group of Schools.

The main purpose of the 'Project Dream' finale event is to showcase all workshops that were conducted this year and to thank all the partners, hold special performances by NGO children as a part of fund raising activity from different sponsors for long term commitment towards Project Dreams, and performances in the field of dance, music, art etc by some known artists from the industry.

Some of the notable workshops conducted this year for underprivileged girls were by the institutions and partners like Lakhotia Institute of Design, Riddhi Siddhi art creation, Bcube Big bang boxing, Radio Mirchi, Care Hospitals, iSprout, The culinary lounge, among others.

The focus of these workshops was to teach something valuable to the NGO girls which will help to shape their career and future and will give them confidence to achieve their dreams.

Touch a Life Foundation NGO also believes in touching the lives of people in different ways, like this year they arranged a one-day flight trip journey for the NGO girls from Hyderabad to Bengaluru.

It was first ever flight journey for all the girls and this experience enthralled them to the core.
