SSC will announce the official notification for the combined graduate level examination (CGL) 2019 tier- 1 for recruitment of Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts tomorrow.

SSC CGL Registration 2019: Tomorrow, i.e. October 22, 2019, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release the official notification for the combined graduate level examination (CGL) 2019 tier- 1 for recruitment of Group B' and Group C' posts in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations in the Government of India.

To apply for various posts, candidates can go to the official website of SSC, i.e. ssc.nic.in. The last date to apply as per the notification is November 22, 2019.

SSC CGL Registration 2019: Important Dates

- The first date of online registration: October 22, 2019

- Last date of online registration: November 22, 2019

- Date of Tier I (Computer Based Examination) - 02 March to 11 March

SSC CGL Registration 2019: Eligibility Criteria

- Age: The minimum age of the candidate should be 20 years.

- Education: Applicants must clear graduation from any recognised university.

SSC CGL Registration 2019: Exam Pattern

Tier 1- The exam will have 100 questions. Each correct answer will give you 2 marks, and an incorrect answer will provide you with 0.5 negative marks. Questions will be asked from General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension.

SSC CGL Registration 2019: Salary Bracket

As per the notification, candidates under group B will be paid salary under the bracket of Rs, 9,300- Rs, 34,800, while those in Group C level will get Rs, 5,200 Rs, 20,200.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) was established on November 4, 1975. The organisation works under the Government of India and recruits staff for several posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and Subordinate Offices.

It is headquartered in New Delhi. Currently, there are seven regional offices at Allahabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Chennai, Bangalore and two Sub-Regional Offices at Raipur and Chandigarh.
