Hyderabad student all set to make 2 more global records

GITAM Deemed-to-be University, Hyderabad, School of Technology Final year CSE student Shivali Johri Srivastava, her parents Kavita Johri Srivastava and Anil Srivastava, hope to break two more new records for the world's largest display of Origami fish and origami dolls. Their attempt is being adjudicated by Guinness World Records soon.

They have displayed 9,200 Origami fishes and 2,222 Origami dolls, which were made by origami paper. This record was authorized by independent judges after personal witness and with through counting.

Earlier, Shivali secured six Guinness World Records for the largest display of 1,251 different handmade paper dolls, 7,011 uniquely quilled flowers, handmade paper quilled dolls of 2,111 different ones, origami whales of 3,501 origami penguins of 2,100 and 6,132 origami citrus fruits inflated lemons. She also secured ten Assist World Records and one Unique World Records. They have been waiting for three more new records for the world's largest display of 6,001 Origami whales, 2,500 Penguins and 1,451 Origami Maple.

GITAM Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof N Siva Prasad, School of Technology Principal Prof N Seetaramaiah, Dr D Mallikarjuna Reddy and students wished her to secure three more Guinness record soon.
