Wednesday Wisdom: We all love to possess--be it things or people. Humans are always in the habit of accumulating stuff whether it still has utility or not. But do you know there is a theory that says that unless you let go of what's not good for you, you are not giving room for new things to come into your life?

Consider this. You love shoes and your shoe rack is filled with infinite number of them. Now, you have not only lost count but also don't wear a few of them anymore. If you want to buy a new pair now, where would you store it? You have to make space for news ones for which you have to clean the clutter. Isn't it? The same goes true for relationships or feelings too.

Some people have the habit of holding on to relationships and there are others who hold on to grudges too. In both the cases we know that holding on to them won't help you grow. It's certainly not a nice feeling to harbor negative emotions or hold on to people who know you can never have. And sometimes you keep wondering why you haven't met anybody even months or years after you broke up. This is simply because you have still not gotten over your past. Do not hold on to your past. Let go and make way for new things, people and positive emotions to enter your life. This will definitely turn your life around.
