At the same time, brides also suffer from issues like nervousness, mood swings, sleep disorders, irregular diet syndromes, and many other unnecessary thoughts that cause a negative effect on their skin and looks.

Those planning to get married around this time need to take special care of their skin and body. Just like change in season brides need to embrace a skincare regime according to changing season and skin type. Being in a happy and relaxed state of mind is very important as brides get anxious about many factors like makeup, attire, hairstyle and overall appearance.

As they are needed to indulge in relaxation with yoga and spa they should also refrain from using chemical-laden harmful beauty products.

Aromatherapy is a proven way to help them achieve bridal glow without side effects, after knowing about their skin type and skin sensitivity to be brides can indulge safely in beauty treatments with aromatherapy. But before changing any beauty routine they must do patch test and trial at least a month before the D Day.

Here are some tips for beauty with aromatherapy

Face wash: Use a mild face wash (Aloe Vera for dry skin or mint Tulsi for oily to normal skin) at least twice a day and always use Aloe Vera based skin toner after every wash.

Aloe Vera will ensure natural toning, de-tanning, and moisturising of bridal skin. In case there are any spots or blemishes on the skin Aloe vera will help to lighten them up.

Sunscreen: Apply a mild sunscreen with SPF 15-20 preferably with comforting and calming aroma oils like jasmine, motia, ylang-ylang and rose.

This shall shield your skin against harmful UV Rays as brides tend to get indulged in shopping and being out most of the time.

Scrub: Never and ever use stiff scrubs like walnut which may make your skin delicate and affected. Scrub beads with jojoba oil, wheat germ oil, and vitamin A are very appropriate.

Homemade oil: Add half teaspoon each of jojoba oil and avocado oil with two drops each of Vitamin E and A, one drop each of orange aroma oil and sandalwood oil.

Mix them together and use 3-4 drops daily on the face, which will soothe your facial tissues and relax the nerves. This practice should be started one month before the wedding.

Hair: A head massage with hot oil - a mixture of castor oil, sunflower almond oil and coconut oil in equal measure, filled with a few drops of essential oil like ylang-ylang which is well known to be the best for the hair and turns as an aphrodisiac.

Glycerin with malt vinegar can also be a bonus to balance the acid content in the hair. Then followed by a hot towel wrap will help the oil to enter into the scalp.

Hands and feet: Penetrate your feet in warm water to which rock salt, lime juice, and shampoo have been added, then after a good long soak, scrub your feet and use night cream on your feet and hands before going to bed.

Start nail cultivation therapy as well. Apply a coat of transparent nail polish every day for a week until you go back for your next manicure and pedicure.

Diet : The given diet will include a drink including honey and lime juice added to hot water every morning. Switch to a fruit or vegetable diet for at least two days a week.

Body massage: Almond oil with a few appropriate essential oils form the base ingredient of the massage medium. A sandalwood bodypack with honey, milk, jasmine oil, rose oil, orange peel and a tablespoon of almond oil mixed with sandalwood powder is made and applied. Take body massage with enthusiasm aroma oils once in a fortnight with steam detoxification.

Body scrub with dead sea salt also helps in tissue and muscle relaxation and eradicates dead cells, dehydrated skin oil and other skin-deep pollutions, bringing back the lost shine and glow of the skin. Little drops of tea tree oil work as an antiseptic after waxing.
