Puttaparthi: JNTUA Vice-Chancellor Prof H Sudarsana Rao met Education Minister Nara Lokesh at Puttaparthi Airport on Tuesday.
The Minister praised the university’s innovative AI-based curriculum reforms designed to enhance technical education.
Their discussion covered JNTUA’s academic progress, India Today University Rankings–2026, and campus infrastructure development.
The Vice-Chancellor also reviewed expansion plans for the Kalikiri engineering college and invited the Minister to the upcoming Innovators Conclave, scheduled for October 24 and 25. Prof Rao reiterated JNTUA’s commitment to driving Andhra Pradesh’s socio-economic growth through cutting-edge, practical engineering education and industry collaboration.
