Auto-driver stabbed to death in Jagadgirigutta over extra marital affair
A 25-year-old auto driver was stabbed to death by a man over an alleged extra-marital affair.
A 25-year-old auto driver was stabbed to death by a man over an alleged extra-marital affair. The incident took place at PJR Colony in the Jagadgirigutta area on Saturday. The victim, identified as Ansari Ahmad was an auto driver from PJR Nagar in Yellammabanda.
According to police, the incident took place after an altercation over the suspected extra-marital affair. The Jagadgirigutta police said that the Ansari suspected that his wife was having an illicit relation with his neighbour Imran and asked him to mend his ways. Imran is said to have been perturbed with Ansari's warning and decided to get him rid off.
The accused waited for Ansari near his house and when the latter arrived, Imran stabbed him 14 times. The victim died on the spot and accused fled the scene.
Man ends life in Marredpally
A man jumped off building in West Marredpally here on Sunday after. He was said to be depressed for the last two days and initiated to the extreme step. He jumped from the fifth floor of his apartment building around 10.30 am. He fell on the ground and suffered grievous injuries and died on the spot.
