Osmania University: The unemployed youth of the State decided to hold the 'Chalo OU' programme here on Tuesday. Revealing the details of the protest programme, the Telangana students and chairman of the Unemployed-JAC K Manavata Roy demanded that the State government withdraw the GO enhancing the retirement age limit of government employees.
He said it had become the need of the hour to decrease the age limit as the total number of the unemployed youth was increasing in the State. Roy said they were strongly opposing the proposal of the State government to increase the retirement age limit from 58 to 61 years and from 58 to 65 years for medical college professors.
