Chaos at Ameerpet; no traffic signal

Ameerpet: Traffic is always chock-a-bloc at the Ameerpet Junction X road, thanks to the lack of a traffic signal. Commuters are facing difficulties to travel on this stretch. Especially, pedestrians are facing more hardships.

This road is one of the busiest roads in the city, as it is linked to various areas like Kukatpally, Moosapet, and Balanagar. Also, this stretch is packed with various, convention hall, educational institute mainly colleges and commercial sectors.

G Kiran, a commuter, said that the civic authorities should take an initiative to install traffic signal so that the traffic flow can be under control. From both the sides of the road, vehicles keep coming and going, and for that reason, it is becoming difficult for pedestrians to cross the road. He also said that especially in the early morning and late night there is no one to monitor the situation.

The authority concerned should at the earliest solve the signal problem at Ameerpet junction for the easy flow of traffic, urge locals as well as commuters.
