Chief Secretary flags off Metro shuttle service

Chief Secretary Dr SK Joshi flagged off Metro shuttle services between BRK Bhavan and Lakdi-Ka-Pul metro station on Wednesday at BRK Bhavan in Adarsh Nagar.
Hyderabad: Chief Secretary Dr SK Joshi flagged off Metro shuttle services between BRK Bhavan and Lakdi-Ka-Pul metro station on Wednesday at BRK Bhavan in Adarsh Nagar. The shuttle services will be operated for every 15 min daily between BRK Bhavan and Lakdi ka pulfrom 8.30 am to 11 am, and 5 pm to 7 pm.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Secretary appealed to the secretariat employees to make use of the shuttle service provided by the HMRL. He also advised HMRL Managing Director NVS Reddy to provide similar facilities at other Metro stations. Reddy said that the first and last mile connectivity had so far been arranged at 40 Metro stations, and that over 10,000 commuters were utilising the facility.
