LB Nagar: Traffic police registered cases against five auto drivers for driving under the influence of alcohol on Wednesday.
Inspector Anjapalli Nagamallu said that they conducted drunk and drive test in Kothapet, Chaitnyapuri and Maruthi Nagar. "A total of five auto drivers were found drunk including the one transporting students," he added.
The Inspector called upon parents to check fitness certificate and license of the auto driver transporting their children to school. SI Venkat Reddy, Faizuddin, Ali, staff Ramesh, Siddhartha, Sri Ram and others were present.
