Ganja worth 15 lakh seized

Zaheerabad: Excise and Prohibition officials on Wednesday took three people into custody for transporting ganja worth Rs 15 lakh.

Excise CI Ashok Kumar said the miscreants were transporting ganja from Vishakapatnam to Maharashtra. "We raided the car they used for transporting at Koher Cross Roads," he added.

State Transport Officer Praveen Kumar, Sangareddy Transport Officer Mohan Kumar and other excise officials were present.
