Hyderabad: Residents ask for better roads

Safilguda: The commuters travelling from AOC centre to Safilguda station and vice versa are irked over the poor condition of the roads along the stretch. The commuters allege the road has been in this state for almost a year now and no repair works have been done.

A Sandeep a daily commuter sharing his grief said, "As the stretch falls under cantonment the GHMC is not concerned about its state and so is the SCB. The SCB recently repaired small potholes but failed to fill this big one which is right in middle of the road." "The road has no streetlights after dusk which makes it more difficult for commuters to see in the dark," he adds further.
