Indiramma Houses payment deadline extended to Oct 9
Hyderabad: The Telangana Housing Board has extended the deadline to October 9 for beneficiaries provisionally allotted houses under the Indiramma Houses Affordable Housing Scheme in 16 Assembly constituencies of the Hyderabad CURE area.
A total of 5,501 provisional allotment letters have been issued following post-verification of eligibility, while 3,271 beneficiaries (59.46%) have so far paid the required Rs 1 lakh. The Housing Board warned that provisional allotments would be cancelled if the payment is not made by the extended deadline.
The allotments followed verification of residential eligibility, income, house or plot ownership, the one-family-one-application rule and supporting documents. The highest payment response was recorded in Kukatpally, with 325 of 401 beneficiaries making payments.
Housing Commissioner V P Gautham urged pending beneficiaries to utilise the final opportunity and complete payment by October 9.
