Hyderabad: Kalamandir Foundation gave away awards to 10 unsung heroes of society and a cash prize of Rs 50,000 to mark its 11th anniversary here on Monday.
The foundation distributed merit scholarships worth Rs 60 lakh to children of Kalamandir group staff and donated Rs 2.5 lakh to Sri Vivekananda Vidya Vikas Kendra Trust.
The day started with blood donation camps at all the stores across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh. Around 200 packs of blood were donated to the Thalassemia & Sickle Cell Society.
