Speaking after the launch event, minister KT Rama Rao said that in the future 58 per cent of the population will be residing in cities and hence the government focused on the basic needs to the people which also include instant permissions for the construction of buildings
The Telangana government developed TS-bPASS to enable instant permissions for registration of buildings. It is also meant to avoid hassles to land owners and property builders.
No permission is required for the constructions in plot size upto 75 sq.yards and the buildings in plot size upto 600 sq. yards are given instant approval. Residential and non-residential buildings in more than 600 sq yards will he provided with single-window approval in 21 days under TS-bPASS. The website is available in English, Telugu and Urdu languages.
