Malkajgiri: Land acquisition is turning out to be a major roadblock in the completion of Anandbagh RuB (road under bridge) said MLA Mynampally Hanumanth Rao at a meeting held on Friday. Representatives of Resident Welfare Associations said that the lack of proper storm water drains, damaged roads and under-ground drainage system need to be looked into.
A meeting with all party representatives, RWAs and civil societies was convened by Malkajgiri MLA. MP Revanth Reddy, GHMC Mayor Bonthu Rammohan, Medchal Malkajgiri District Collector MV Reddy, GHMC Commmisioner Lokesh Kumar, HMWSSB chief Dana Kishore,
GHMC Zonal Commissioners Shankariah and Mamatha, RDO Madhusudhan, Malkajgiri MRO Geetha, Deputy Commissioners Venugopal and T Yadiah, corporators Jitendranath, Pushpalatha Parshuram Reddy, Akula Narsingh Rao, K Sridevi, Fathima, Shirisha and Sabitha Kishore attended the meeting.
