As usual, the devotees can take the blessing on the goddess in the morning, but devotees coming with Bonams are restricted for the day. Major Mahakali temples will remain closed from 1.00 pm on Tuesday and will be reopened on July 17 at 9.00 am in the city.

According to the Executive officer at Ujjaini Mahakali temple, the temple will be closed on Tuesday afternoon. The devout were informed about the closing beforehand. The temples will be closed from Tuesday 1.00 pm to Wednesday 8.59 am. After the purification of the temple by sprinkling the holy water at temple premises, the doors will be opened on Wednesday at 9.00 am.

According to temples officials of Lal Darwaza, temples doors will be closed on from Tuesday at 1.00 pm to Wednesday 8.59am. According to temples officials of Golconda Jagadamba temple, the doors of the temples will remain open, devotees can visit the temple for the normal darshan, but devotees coming with bonams will be restricted for the day.
