Open nala closed with mesh in Bharathnagar
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Divisional Engineer Suvarna on Wednesday closed an open nala in Bharathnagar in Moulali division with a mesh, as it caused a few accidents in the last two years, including death of a student whose cycle fell in the nala.

Local TRS division president Mohan Yadav told The Hans India that the issue was taken to the notice of Malkajgiri MLA Mynampalli Hanumanth Rao, who discussed it with GHMC officials, with a plea to fix a railing over the open nala at the earliest.
Yadav said later the MLA had thanked the civic body officials for the action taken by DE. Among those present when GHMC officials closed the nala were AE Koushik, Mohan Yadav, patry activists Narsing Rao, Chandrakanth, Aleem.
