Painting, essay writing prizes distributed
In view of Police Commemoration Week - 2019 (October 15 to 21), the Hyderabad Police, earlier this week, conducted competitions for school children in painting, essay-writing and elocution. On Friday, a prize distribution ceremony was held at Red Rose Function Hall, beside Haj House building, Nampally.

On Friday, a prize distribution ceremony was held at Red Rose Function Hall, beside Haj House building, Nampally.
Anjani Kumar, City Police Commissioner, attended the programme as chief guest and distributed the prizes to children in presence of Anil Kumar, additional CP, traffic, Hyderabad and other officers.
Painting
In painting, K Amrutha Valli, (7th class - Sri Vidya Secondary School, Kacheguda) won 1st prize, while Tehniyath Begum (10th class - Progress High School, Falaknuma) and Eshaan Ghadge (7th Class - Little flower High School, Abids) won 2nd and 3rd respectively.
Essay writing
In Essay-writing competition (Telugu), A Surya, (10th class - St Xaviers High School, Gudimalkapur, Nalgonda) won 1st prize, while K Sujatha ( 10th class - Bharath Abhyudaya High School, Jiyaguda) and J Santhosh Reddy (9th Class - Defense Laboratories School, Kanchanbagh) won 2nd and 3rd respectively.
In Essay-writing competition (Urdu and Hindi), Saba Farheen (9th class - The Progress High School, Falaknuma) won 1st prize, while Naaz Fatima (10th class - Safdariya Girls High School, Humayun Nagar) and Himanshu (10th class - Sri Sai Vidyanikethan High School, Hyderabad) won 2nd and 3rd respectively.
In Essay-writing competition (English), Sneha Dodiya (10th class - St Pauls Hi-Tech High School, Begum Bazar) won 1st prize, while Y Sai Nainitha (8th class - Fiitjee, Narayanaguda) and Gloria E Fernandez (6th class - Army Public School, Secunderabad) won 2nd and 3rd respectively.
Elocution
In Elocution competition (Telugu), N S Manogna (10th class - St Ann's Girls, High School, Vijay Nagar Colony) won 1st prize, while B Bhavani (9th class - Divya Gnana Nikethan High School, PVN Colony, Hyderabad) and P Bunny (10th class - St Javier's High School, Nalgonda) won 2nd and 3rd respectively.
In Elocution competition (Urdu), Md Aaribuddin (5th class - The Progress High School, Falaknuma) won 1st prize, while Arham Fatima Arfa (8th class - Telangana Minorities School, Khairtabad) and Abdul Subhan (8th class - The Progress High School, Bandlaguda) won 2nd and 3rd respectively.
In Elocution competition (English), A Varshini (7th class - St Ann's High School, Hyderabad) won 1st prize, while Shaina Khatoon (10th class - The Progress High School, Hyderabad) and Vinay Kumar (10th class - All Saint's High School, Hyderabad) won 2nd and 3rd respectively.
