Patient influx rises at Mission Hospital
It may be mentioned here that the Mission Hospital has been extending treatment for suspected dengue patients outside the hospital with makeshift arrangements.

It may be mentioned here that the Mission Hospital has been extending treatment for suspected dengue patients outside the hospital with makeshift arrangements.
However, taking strong objections to the treatments, the district medical authorities, claiming that the treatment was wrong, raided the Mission Hospital and served notices that it had no proper permissions.
The act by the government officials received wrath and backlash from the public. They criticised the government officials for the failure of dealing with the disease and also interrupting the charity medical assistance extended by the Mission Hospital.
Former Minister and Congress leader G Prasad Kumar visited the Mission Hospital on Saturday. He criticised the State government for neglecting the public health. The district has been plagued with unhygienic conditions and people were suffering from vector-borne diseases, but the state government seems to be unmoved, said Prasad Kumar.
Praising the services rendered by the Mission Hospital, he said it was established long time back for charity. He warned of protest if government agencies tried to create any problem. He demanded that the State government set up medical health camps and dengue diagnosis centers in Vikarabad.
After the public ire, the local MLA Dr Anand also visited the hospital and interacted with the inpatients. Hailing the staff of Mission Hospital for extending medical assistance to a huge number of patients rushing daily, he said the DM&HO, who tried to create an issue here have been shifted following a complaint to the Health Minister.
He also assured of providing services and necessary treatment at government hospitals. The municipal administration also swung into action and started fogging to contain mosquitoes in the district.
