This year, it will be observed on November 10. City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar addressed the gathering and sought their cooperation in maintaining law and order. D S Chauhan, the Additional Commissioner (L&O), Anil Kumar, the Additional Commissioner (Traffic), Tarun Joshi, the Joint Commissioner (SB), Avinash Mohanthy, the Joint Commissioner (CCS) were present.
Religious heads Moulana Qubool Pasha Shuttari, Moulana Nissar Hussain Hyder Agha, Moulana Jafar Pasha, Hafiz Muffazar Hussaini Bandanaz, Mufti Khaleel Ahmed, Md Qamruddin (Chairman State Minority Commission) and others attended the meeting.
