Prestigious honour for city pulmonologist
Dr Pradyut Waghray, a senior pulmonologist in the city, has been selected for the prestigious ‘Excellence in research award’ by the 7th EET-CRS Faculty Branding-2019. He will be conferred the award in Kolkata on July 21.
Hyderabad: Dr Pradyut Waghray, a senior pulmonologist in the city, has been selected for the prestigious 'Excellence in research award' by the 7th EET-CRS Faculty Branding-2019. He will be conferred the award in Kolkata on July 21.
The award is being presented in recognition of his contribution to medical science by way of various national and international publications and presentations, articles in medical text books and imparting medical education to students etc.
The research team led by Dr D C Singh evaluated parameters like research papers, articles published, books and chapters written and presentations made by the candidates.
Dr Waghray is working as Professor and head of the department of pulmonary medicine at SVS Medical College, Mahbubnagar. He is the only doctor from Telangana to receive this prestigious award.
