Secunderabad: The Make-in-India initiative is not an option but an imperative for the defence industry, said Rajinder Singh Bhatia, president & CEO of Defence Aerospace Division, Kalyani Group, while addressing the tri-services officers at Higher Defence Management Course on "Strategic Partnership: Analysis & Way Forward" at College of Defence Management at Secunderabad on Tuesday.
Bhatia also interacted with Major General Sandeep Sharma, Commandant of CDM, Heads of Faculty and other faculty members and discussed policy issues pertaining to defence acquisitions and supply chain management.
