Registrations open for Hans Half Marathon
Registrations for the ‘Hans Half Marathon’ event to be held on September 29 opened at Next Galleria Mall at Punjagutta on Wednesday.
Hyderabad: Registrations for the 'Hans Half Marathon' event to be held on September 29 opened at Next Galleria Mall at Punjagutta on Wednesday. Interested participants can register themselves between 12 noon and 8 pm on September 26 and 27. Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Minister for Animal Husbandry & Cinematography, released the T-shirt and medal here on Wednesday.
The Hans India is conducting the Half Marathon, 'Run for healthy Heart' on September 29 at Sanjeevaiah Park. The aim is to spread awareness on a healthy lifestyle with the motto of 'Set your heart to save your heart.' It is meant to sensitise people about risks of heart diseases caused by increase in blood pressure and glucose levels, obesity etc.
Participants can choose the category of their choice. Registration charges vary for each category. (see Box) Health Minister Eatala Rajender will be the chief guest and Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav will be the guest of honour at the event. Arvind Kumar, Principal Secretary, Municipal Administration, and G Sudheer Babu, IPS, will be gracing the event. Choreographer Natraj master will be present to cheer the crowds.
