Residents deplore lack of amenities
Lack of basic amenities like bad roads, proper street lights, water logging and increase in the number of diseases has made the lives of residents residing at Krupa Complex Lane in Block 22 in Safilguda miserable.

Despite making several requests and representations to the authorities concerned, nothing has been done to address the issue yet.
Speaking to The Hans India here on Tuesday, H Manjula, resident of the locality, said, "This issue arises during every monsoon and we ourselves are very irked by this. Roads filled with potholes are very slippery. Street lights are not working properly."
Furthermore, she said, "Due to the absence of street lights, a commuter can't see the damaged manholes and the authorities need to fix the manhole covers also. There is an open plot which is turning into a garbage dump and it needs to be cleaned up as it is spreading foul smell which can cause diseases."
