SFI holds protest over Inter results goof-up
SFI held a protest against the deaths of Intermediate students and burned the effigy of State government at Abdullapurmet on Tuesday.

Abdullapurmet SFI Secretary Kaamaala Nagendra said, "It is very sad to hear that 26 students lost their lives because of irregularities in Globarena technologies. Though the government was aware of it, it failed to take prompt action in time."
He further added, "Government should announce Rs 30 lakh compensation to the families of each deceased student." He expressed his agitation over arrest of SFI-DYFI activists.
SFI former state committee member B Prabhakar, G Sivakumar, Ch. Siva, Gopi, Karthik, Naveen, Sudheer, Srinu, Rakesh, Chaitanya, Prasad, Sai Charan, Suman and others participated in the programme.
