TS Finance Commission conducts Haritha Haram
G Rajesham Reddy Goud, President of Finance Commission of Telangana State, planted saplings under Haritha Haram programme conducted at Telangana State Finance Commission office in Secunderabad here on Monday.
Secunderabad: G Rajesham Reddy Goud, President of Finance Commission of Telangana State, planted saplings under Haritha Haram programme conducted at Telangana State Finance Commission office in Secunderabad here on Monday.
Goud said that Haritha Haram was a great initiative by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao to increase greenery in the State. He felt that it was every person's responsibility to plant saplings to protect the environment.
He hoped that more people would get inspired by the initiative. He also appreciated the efforts of Rajya Sabha MP J Santosh Kumar for taking up such novel programme and encouraging everyone to plant saplings.
Anitha Reddy Thegala, RR district ZP Chairperson, Mallapa, TSTPC Chairperson, and Sharadha, Engineering Officer, participated in the Green India Challenge and planted saplings and urged everyone to spread greenery.
