The locals who commute in this area are being put to a lot of inconvenience following the roadblock and they are trying several ways to take the matter to the attention of the civic officials concerned, as all their efforts to clear the obstacle failed.
Speaking to The Hans India, a local resident said, "For the past three days, no one came to remove the tree which fell due to the heavy rains and thunderstorm." He lashed out at the civic authorities for their negligence.
He lamented that there was no proper response from the officials. "We request them to come and remove the tree as it has blocked the road. The people have to take a long detour which is time-consuming," he urged.m
