Khammam: Backward Class school student dies under suspicious circumstances
A Class 7 student died due to ill health on Wednesday late night while he was being shifted to Hyderabad for better treatment.
Khammam: A Class 7 student died due to ill health on Wednesday late night while he was being shifted to Hyderabad for better treatment. According to sources, the student, Y Nandu (12), is a native of Kamalapuram village in Mudigonda mandal and was studying Class 7 at Jyotirao Phule Backward Class School in Krishnapuram village in Madhira mandal. On Wednesday, the school staff informed the parents that their son was seriously ill. Soon, the worried parents rushed to the school and admitted Nandu in a hospital in Khammam.
However, the boy died while he was being shifted to Hyderabad for better treatment on Wednesday late night. Meanwhile, on Thursday, All India Student Federation (AISF) district president M Laxman alleged the school staff did not inform parents about their son's ill health in time. He demanded a police inquiry into the boy's death.
