Mahabubnagar: Young Congress leader Erpula Nagaraju of Mahabubnagar town (old Palamuru) has been appointed as the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Social Media State Secretary. Official orders were issued on Tuesday under the leadership of TPCC Social Media Chairman Pettam Naveen. Nagaraju will work to strengthen the party’s social media network and take the Congress government’s policies, welfare schemes and development programmes to a wider section of people. He thanked the party leadership for entrusting him with the state-level responsibility and said he would work under Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and TPCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud.
He said social media would play a crucial role in the coming elections and pledged to reach every household and youth with the government’s welfare and development initiatives. Congress leaders and party workers welcomed his appointment.
