Warangal: Fruit market to come up
The work on fruit market would commence soon, Warangal East MLA Nannapuneni Narender said.
Warangal: The work on fruit market would commence soon, Warangal East MLA Nannapuneni Narender said. Inspecting the site earmarked for the fruit market here on Tuesday, he said that the blueprint of the market was ready and foundation stone would be laid soon. "The fruit market to have all the facilities according to the needs of the traders," Narender said.
The market was designed in such a way that it could cater to the needs of traders for the next three to four decades, he added. Referring to the vegetable market, Narender said that he had spoken to the authorities
concerned to return the land that is now under the Ayurvedic medical college. This would allow more space for constructing sheds for the traders, he added.
Enumamula agriculture market yard committee chairman Ch Sadanandam, Chamber of commerce president Diddi Kumara Swamy, market association president Jarathi Sreenu and KUDA director Ghulam Sarwar were among others present.
