10 died, 30 injured as truck hits bus on Rajasthan national highway 11

Bikaner: In a tragic incident, at least ten people were killed and 30 others seriously injured in a road accident when a truck collided with a bus. The accident happened on National Highway 11 in Bikaner district of Rajasthan at around 7:45 am on Monday.

The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment, where many are said to be in critical condition. At the time of the incident, the bus was moving towards Jaipur from Bikaner when the truck from the opposite side collided with it. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and initiated the rescue operations. According to the officials, fog and over-speed is the main cause of this tragedy.
