Bhubaneswar: KIIT & KISS Founder Achyuta Samanta launched the KIIT IAS Academy (KIASA) at KIIT-DU on Thursday to provide public service aspirants with local, high-quality guidance and preparation facilities for the civil services examination.
As a dream project of Achyuta Samanta, KIASA provides top-tier civil services mentorship locally for KIIT and KISS students, eliminating the traditional need for them to travel outside Odisha for quality preparation.
CISF IG Shiv Kumar Mohanka praised KIASA as an outstanding initiative that goes beyond conventional university certification by actively preparing young people to serve the nation.
Bimbadhar Pradhan, Director of KSPP and HoD-KIASA, stated that the academy fulfils the region’s aspiration for a civil service preparation platform. He added that KIIT’s visionary, compassionate leadership has successfully created an ecosystem that empowers deprived sections of society.
KIIT officials, including Vice-Chancellor Saranjit Singh and Pro Vice-Chancellors Debashis Bandyopadhyay and Jnyana Ranjan Mohanty, addressed the students along with Chandra Shekhar Yadav, Director of partner organisation TICS Eduworld LLP.
